An effective christian woman keeps specific habits
Have you ever wondered what it would like like to be a highly effective woman in the Kingdom of God? Being an effective christian woman takes time, hard work, and dedication. But she is someone every christian woman should strive to become because she embodies the gospel. An effective christian woman walks in her purpose and brings others along in their purpose. She is a guide and a picture of christ. Read below to find out the 5 totally awesome habits of an effective christian woman.
An effective christian woman has a never ceasing prayer life
Pray without ceasing. Yep, that is what an effective christian woman does. She is not afraid to show her faith out in public. She prays over her meals. She prays for her co-workers. She prays for her church leader. And most importantly she prays for ways to strengthen her faith so that she can go out and reach the lost.
A highly effective christian woman knows that her prayer life can make or break her purpose in Christ. If she is not praying then she will not be able to reach the lost and make disciples. An effective christian woman is always making moves for the Kingdom and is praying for God’s strength and provision in do so.
An effective christian woman always reads and studies the Word of God
Not only is an effective christian woman praying, she is also reading and studying the Word of God. The Word of God is living and brings life to those who study and seek his wisdom. An effective christian woman is not reading the bible as a means to check something off of her daily to do list. She reads the bible as a way to grow closer to God. She is in the word because she wants to be more christ-like. The word of God sustains her and she studies it in such a manner that she is comparing her life to what the word says. When God reveals things in her that are a hindrance to the work she must do in the Body of Christ, she is quick to use God’s Word to remove those things out of her life.
An effective christian woman sets spiritual goals
An effective christian woman will always set spiritual goals. She knows what she wants to do for the Kingdom and makes plans to get it done. She knows her purpose is to reach and connect with those who are lost, but she has to have a plan in place.
These spiritual goals start small and grow as her faith begins to grow. At the beginning of the journey she may have had the goal to read the word of God for 15 minutes a day. As her roots began to deepen in Christ, her goals got bigger. She started to pray bigger. She started to belive more. The effective christian woman made goals she knew only God could fulfill. She started to pray for the salvation of the spiritually dead around her. She made a plan to meet with them, to encourage them, and to eventually equip them to go out and reach other people.
An effective christian woman invests in the spiritual life of others
Any effective christian woman knows that it’s not all about her relationship with God. She branches out to create relationships with those around her. She actively invests in people and their gifts. She doesn’t just sit around her room in prayer, but she goes out looking for ways to encourage people wherever they are in their relationship with God.
An effective christian woman serves without complaining
The effective christian woman knows her worth not only comes from God, but also comes from the way she serves others. She finds ways to be a blessing to others, but does not complain because her work is onto God. When she feeds the needy, she is feeding God. When she clothes those without clothing, she is clothing God. When she provides anything for the least of these, she is providing for God. She finds joy in serving others because she remembers God has been serving her since the beginning of time.
